【慈幼通訊社 ─ 2020 年 02月 17 日28屆全代會都靈華道角訊】 ─ 只需兩天時間，你們就能得到最新而詳盡、以未來作重心、有關整個慈幼修會在世界各地的面貌。總部議會全體12名議員，連同副總會長、總財務長及其他中央服務部門，各有30分鐘時間，在會上分享每人各10頁報告的精要內容（整份報告共256頁）。這就是大會首兩個整天，根據大會規則而訂定的環節。
2月17日上午，28屆全代會成員聽取來自副總會長謝理達神父(Fr. Cereda)及其他四個部門的議員（培育、青年牧民、社會傳播及傳教），下午發表慈幼家庭及七個分區之其中四區的報告，包括東亞澳區（分為三部份：一、區代表演說；二、全長兩分鐘的東亞澳區簡介影片（臉書）及三、東亞澳區檢討及前瞻）。
2月18日星期二，在其餘三個分區、財務及中央服務的報告發表後，這個環節將會完結。整份報告由總會長范達民神父及其議會，作出總結，於下午五時（UTC時間快一小時），在慈幼通訊社臉書作現場直播。
在這兩天的報告環節（2月17至18日）之後，隨後三天將是「消化環節」（分區小組反省及大會分享），同時在28屆全代會官方開幕儀式（2月22日星期六）之前，一併舉行「慈幼神修日」。

Report on the State of the Congregation has begun
(ANS – GC28–Valdocco, Turin, 07 February 2020) – In just two days time you may get the full updated, detailed and future-oriented picture of the whole Salesian Congregation around the world. Each of the 12 General Councillors, with the Vicar, with the Economer General and other Central services, have 30 minutes each to share in the Assembly the essence of their 10-page reports (total of 256 pages). This is the program for the first two full working days of the Chapter according the General Regulations.
17 February in the morning, GC28 members received the report from Fr Cereda and another four sector councillors (Formation – Youth Ministry – Social Communication and the Missions) followed in the afternoon by the Salesian Family and the first 4 of the 7 regional reports, today including also the EAO Region (three parts: 1 presentation of the delegates; 2 – EAO region presentation in a 2 minute video (FB) and 3 – EAO region evaluation and way forward).
On Tuesday 18 February, this program will be completed with the reports of the the other 4 Regions, Economy and Central Services. The complete report concludes with the summary by the Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, on the state of the Congregation, broadcast live at 5 p.m. (UTC+1) on the ANS Facebook page
After these two days or reporting (17-18 Feb ) another three days follow of ‘digesting’ (reflection within regional groups and assembly sharing) combined with the ‘Salesian spirituality days’ before the official opening of the GC28 on Saturday, 22 February.
