世界大選亦標誌著聯會成立百週年，慶典將於明年在都靈華度角舉行閉幕禮。 大會節目包括：九月三十日在梵蒂岡大殿隆重舉行的彌撒，梵蒂岡國務卿貝爾托內樞機將會蒞臨主持。襄禮者包括意大利教廷大使 Giuseppe Bertello 總主教、Camerino 總教區 Francesco Giovanni Brugnaro 總主教、宗座拉特朗大學總校長達富盧神父，以及慈幼會副總會長白康寧神父。慈幼大家庭列品案代理人 Pierluigi Cameroni 神父，將作主要致辭，講論有關慈幼會舊生真福亞伯．馬唯理；當中還包括新一屆世界主席委員會大選、慈幼會總會長查偉思神父任命新一屆主席儀式，以及檢討大會的章則。 世界鮑思高舊同學聯會有超過十萬名會員，他們包括來自不同種族及宗教背景的青年及成年男女，憑著他們所受的良好教育，以及對鮑聖的忠貞，成為慈幼大家庭真正的中堅份子。 巴勒摩 Villa Ranchibile 鮑思高學校的舊生 Francesco Muceo 博士，二零零四年出任世界聯會主席，他提倡會員進行持續培育，為傳播慈幼會教育系統的重要途徑。舊同學投身教育事業，尤其為貧富無告的青少年；並運用所受的培育，致力傳揚實踐人性價值。 IV World Elective Assembly of the Don Bosco Past Pupils (ANS –RMG – Rome, 20 September 2010) – Between 29 September and 3 October at the Salesianum in Rome there will be the IV World Elective Assembly of the Don Bosco Past Pupils, attended by over 200 Delegates representing the 30 National Federations from all the Continents. The World Assembly will also mark the opening of the Centenary of the Association, the celebrations for which will conclude in Turin Valdocco next year. Among the various events of the programme are: the Solemn Mass on 30 September to be celebrated in the Vatican Basilica, at which Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, Vatican Secretary of State will preside. Among the concelebrants will be Archbishop Giuseppe Bertello, Nuncio Apostolic in Italy, Archbishop Francesco Giovanni Brugnaro of Camerino, Bishop Enrico dal Covolo, Rector Magnificus of the Pontifical Lateran University and Fr Adriano Bregolin, Vicar of the Rector Major of the Salesian Congregation; the key-note address by Fr Pierluigi Cameroni, Postulator General for the Causes of Saints of the Salesian Family, on Blessed Alberto Marvelli, Salesian Past Pupil; the election of the new World Presidential Committee and the appointment of the new President by the Rector Major of the Salesians, Fr Pascual Chávez; and the revision of the World Statutes. The World Confederation of Don Bosco Past Pupils has over 100,000 members, young people and adults of both sexes from various ethnic and religious backgrounds who on the strength of the education received and their fidelity to Don Bosco are fully fledged members of the Salesian Family. The World Confederation which since 2004 has had as its President Dr. Francesco Muceo, Past Pupil of the Villa Ranchibile Don Bosco Institute in Palermo, promotes the ongoing formation of its members and is a not insignificant means for spreading the educational system of the Salesian Congregation. Past-Pupils contribute to the education of the young especially the poor and are engaged in spreading and putting into practice the human values received during their Salesian formation. |
