\u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u4e00\uff09\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u4efb\u547d\u6148\u5e7c\u6703\u6703\u58eb\u3001\u932b\u62c9(Sila)\u6559\u5340\u9818\u929c\u7e3d\u4e3b\u6559\u3001\u73fe\u4efb\u99d0\u5e0c\u81d8\u5b97\u5ea7\u5927\u4f7f\u97d3\u5927\u8f1d\u7e3d\u4e3b\u6559\u70ba\u99d0\u99ac\u8033\u4ed6\u5927\u4f7f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u97d3\u5927\u8f1d\u7e3d\u4e3b\u6559\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u300c\u975e\u5178\u578b\u300d\u7684\u5927\u4f7f\uff0c\u5f9e\u672a\u63a5\u53d7\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u5916\u4ea4\u57f9\u80b2\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4f4d\u6148\u5e7c\u6703\u6703\u58eb\uff0c\u6559\u5340\u795e\u8077\u4eba\u54e1\u7a31\u70ba\u5927\u4f7f\u7684\u4eba\uff0c1950\u5e74\u51fa\u751f\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc 1975 \u5e74\u5728\u8056\u6bcd\u9032\u6559\u4e4b\u4f51\u4e2d\u83ef\u6703\u7701(\u5305\u62ec\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u548c\u53f0\u7063)\u5ba3\u767c\u6c38\u9858\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1982\u5e74\u9818\u53d7\u9438\u54c1\uff0c\u4ed6\u5148\u5f8c\u7372\u5f97\u502b\u6566\u5927\u5b78\u54f2\u5b78\u5b78\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u548c\u7f85\u99ac\u6148\u5e7c\u5b97\u5ea7\u5927\u5b78\u795e\u5b78\u535a\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\uff1b\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ca0\u8cac\u5c07\u300a\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u6559\u7406\u300b\u7ffb\u8b6f\u6210\u4e2d\u6587\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u8056\u795e\u4fee\u9662\u795e\u54f2\u5b78\u9662\u64d4\u4efb\u795e\u5b78\u6559\u6388\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u65bc1995\u5e74\u81f32001\u5e74\u64d4\u4efb\u6148\u5e7c\u6703\u4e2d\u83ef\u6703\u7701\u526f\u7701\u6703\u9577\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc2001\u5e74\u81f32006\u5e74\u64d4\u4efb\u7701\u6703\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2004\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u6210\u70ba\u570b\u969b\u795e\u5b78\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7684\u59d4\u54e1\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f97\u5230\u7576\u6642\u62c9\u8f9b\u683c\u6a1e\u6a5f\u4e3b\u6559\u7684\u9752\u775e\u3002\u62c9\u8f9b\u683c\u5f8c\u4f86\u7372\u63a8\u8209\u70ba\u6559\u5b97\u672c\u7be4\u5341\u516d\u4e16\uff0c\u65bc2010\u5e74\u4efb\u547d\u4ed6\u70ba\u4e3b\u6559\uff0c\u4e26\u59d4\u6d3e\u4ed6\u5230\u842c\u6c11\u798f\u97f3\u90e8\u64d4\u4efb\u79d8\u66f8\u9577\uff0c\u5148\u5f8c\u670d\u52d9\u904eIvan Dias\u6a1e\u6a5f\u4e3b\u6559\uff0c\u53caFernando Filoni\u6a1e\u6a5f\u4e3b\u6559\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u8ca0\u8cac\u50b3\u6559\u5340\u7684\u7763\u5c0e\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2012\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u88ab\u4efb\u547d\u70ba\u570b\u969b\u8056\u9ad4\u5927\u6703\u5b97\u5ea7\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u6210\u54e1\uff1b\u540c\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u88ab\u59d4\u4efb\u70ba\u4fc3\u9032\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u5408\u4e00\u7684\u5b97\u5ea7\u7406\u4e8b\u6703\u6210\u54e1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2016 \u5e74\uff0c\u97d3\u5927\u8f1d\u7e3d\u4e3b\u6559\u64d4\u4efb\u95dc\u5cf6\u963f\u52a0\u7d0d\u7e3d\u6559\u5340\u7684\u5b97\u5ea7\u7f72\u7406\uff0c\u6b21\u5e74\u88ab\u59d4\u4efb\u70ba\u99d0\u5e0c\u81d8\u5b97\u5ea7\u5927\u4f7f\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4ed6\u5728\u5916\u4ea4\u9818\u57df\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u4efb\u52d9\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u9084\u662f\u6559\u5b97\u65b9\u6fdf\u5404\u8a2a\u554f\u5e0c\u81d8\uff082021\u5e7412\u6708\uff09\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u8005\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u70ba\u99d0\u99ac\u8033\u4ed6\u7684\u5b97\u5ea7\u5927\u4f7f\uff0c\u97d3\u5927\u8f1d\u7e3d\u4e3b\u6559\u5c07\u4ee3\u8868\u6559\u5b97\u548c\u6559\u5ef7\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u99ac\u8033\u4ed6\u548c\u6208\u4f50\u5cf6\u7684\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u6703\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u4e2d\u4ecb\uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u5b97\u5ea7\u8207\u8a72\u570b\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u6703\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5171\u878d\u3002\u4ed6\u4ea6\u5c07\u64d4\u4efb\u6d3e\u99d0\u99ac\u8033\u4ed6\u5171\u548c\u570b\u7684\u5916\u4ea4\u4f7f\u5718\u5718\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u99ac\u8033\u4ed6\u64c1\u6709\u7d04 50 \u842c\u4eba\u53e3\uff0c\u662f\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u5929\u4e3b\u6559\u570b\u5bb6\u3002\u5728\u68b5\u8482\u5ca1\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u8457\u540d\u99ac\u8033\u4ed6\u7c4d\u795e\u8077\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u4e3b\u6559\u6703\u8b70\u79d8\u66f8\u9577\u99ac\u91cc\u5967\u00b7\u683c\u96f7\u5947\u6a1e\u6a5f\u4e3b\u6559\u3002\u81ea\u5f9e\u524d\u4efb\u5927\u4f7f\u4e9e\u6b77\u5c71\u5fb7\u7f85\u00b7\u5fb7\u57c3\u91cc\u79d1\u7e3d\u4e3b\u6559\u65bc
