Choi\u795e\u7236\u64d4\u4efb\u8499\u53e4\u5340\u7684\u65b0\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u53ca\u70cf\u862d\u5df4\u6258\u5718\u9ad4\u7684\u65b0\u9662\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f4c\u6492\u5f8c\uff0c\u6881\u5e79\u6f6e\u795e\u7236\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u7576\u6211\u4e5d\u5e74\u524d\u9996\u6b21\u64d4\u4efb\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u982d\u9aee\u662f\u9ed1\u8272\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u73fe\u5728\u5df2\u7d93\u5b8c\u5168\u8b8a\u767d\u4e86\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u7528\u9019\u500b\u6bd4\u55bb\u4f86\u63cf\u8ff0\u9019\u4e9b\u5e74\u4f86\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u8a31\u591a\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4e26\u795d\u8cc0\u5373\u5c07\u63a5\u4efb\u7684\u65b0\u4ee3\u8868Timothy\u795e\u7236\uff0c\u9810\u6599\u4ed6\u5728\u4efb\u671f\u7d50\u675f\u6642\uff0c\u982d\u9aee\u4e5f\u6703\u8b8a\u767d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u61c9\u8a72\u5728\u982d\u9aee\u9084\u9ed1\u6642\u591a\u62cd\u7167\u7559\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u5f8c\uff0c\u6148\u5e7c\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e00\u540c\u5171\u4eab\u8c50\u5bcc\u8499\u53e4\u98a8\u5473\u76db\u5bb4\uff0c\u9ad4\u9a57\u5171\u878d\u5718\u7d50\u8207\u53cb\u8abc\u7684\u6642\u5149\u3002\u7279\u5225\u662f\u8499\u53e4\u4ee3\u7406\u5340\u5168\u9ad4\u6148\u5e7c\u6703\u6703\u58eb\u5011\uff0c\u540c\u5fc3\u5354\u529b\u71b1\u70c8\u6b61\u8fceTimothy\u795e\u7236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ed6\u5011\u7d1b\u7d1b\u8868\u793a\uff0cTimothy\u795e\u7236\u7684\u6148\u5e7c\u5f0f\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u5e36\u4f86\u4e86\u6975\u5927\u7684\u5b89\u6170\u548c\u529b\u91cf\u3002Timothy\u795e\u7236\u5728\u7d50\u675f\u97d3\u570b\u6703\u7701\u7701\u6703\u9577\u4efb\u671f\u5f8c\uff0c\u7acb\u5373\u6beb\u4e0d\u7336\u8c6b\u5730\u737b\u8eab\u670d\u52d9\u8499\u53e4\u9019\u500b\u9060\u96e2\u6559\u6703\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u504f\u9060\u50b3\u6559\u5340\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\u671f\u5f85\u8499\u53e4\u4ee3\u7406\u5340\u7684\u5718\u7d50\u8207\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u65b0\u4efb\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u7684\u5c31\u8077\u5178\u79ae\uff0c\u7701\u6703\u9577\u5c0d\u8499\u53e4\u4ee3\u7406\u5340\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u6b63\u5f0f\u63a2\u8a2a\u5713\u6eff\u7d50\u675f\u3002\u81ea\u8499\u53e4\u4ee3\u7406\u5340\u65bc2024\u5e7410\u6708\u7531\u8d8a\u5357\u6703\u7701\u8f49\u96b8\u97d3\u570b\u6703\u7701\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u672c\u5e746\u670819\u65e5\u662f\u7701\u6703\u9577\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u6b63\u5f0f\u63a2\u8a2a\u7684\u958b\u59cb\u3002\u5728\u9019\u4e00\u661f\u671f\u88e1\uff0c\u4ed6\u8d70\u8a2a\u4e86\u9054\u723e\u6c57\u3001\u7d39\u592b\u548c\u70cf\u862d\u5df4\u6258\u7684\u6148\u5e7c\u6703\u5718\u9ad4\uff0c\u89c0\u5bdf\u4e86\u5718\u9ad4\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u53ca\u6b63\u5728\u7a4d\u6975\u958b\u5c55\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u7267\u6c11\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e26\u4ed4\u7d30\u8003\u5bdf\u4e86\u6148\u5e7c\u5bb6\u5ead\u5982\u4fee\u5973\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u8005\u7b49\u7684\u73fe\u72c0\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u4fc3\u9032\u5408\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u7948\u79b1\uff0c\u9858\u5df2\u958b\u59cb\u8499\u53e4\u5340\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u65b0\u8077\u52d9\u7684Timothy\u795e\u7236\uff0c\u6eff\u61f7\u5929\u4e3b\u7684\u795d\u798f\u548c\u8056\u6bcd\u9032\u6559\u4e4b\u4f51\u7684\u52a9\u4f51\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u4ed6\u7684\u81e8\u5728\uff0c\u8499\u53e4\u4ee3\u7406\u5340\u80fd\u5920\u6df1\u5316\u6148\u5e7c\u795e\u6069\u6839\u57fa\uff0c\u4e26\u8b93\u6240\u6709\u6148\u5e7c\u6703\u6703\u58eb\u548c\u9752\u5e74\u90fd\u80fd\u5c0b\u627e\u5230\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u559c\u6a02\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure by&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:\">KOR SocCom<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, 25 June 2025 &#8212; On Tuesday, 24 June at 5:30 p.m., on the Solemnity of St. John the Baptist, a Mass was celebrated at the chapel of the Mongolian community in Ulaanbaatar, attended by about 50 members of the Salesian family. The Mass during which Fr Timothy Choi, was installed as the new Delegator of the Mongolia delegation, and the new Rector of the community in Ulaanbaatar, was presided over by Fr Marcello Baek Kwanghyun, the Provincial Superior of KOR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his homily, Fr Marcello referenced Pope Francis&#8217; parable of the sun and the moon, explaining that the sun represents Christ, who must grow infinitely large, while the moon represents John the Baptist, who must become small. He then described the path that the Church, the Salesian congregation, and the community must follow. He emphasized that living with a firm and true faith in the Salesian charismatic identity, through prayer, dedication, and ultimately giving one&#8217;s life for the poor, is no different from the martyrdom of shedding one&#8217;s blood. He expressed gratitude that we are all accompanying this journey together with fraternal love. He also thanked Fr. Paul Leung for his dedication as the Delegate over the past nine years and encouraged Fr. Timothy Choi, who will serve as the new delegate of the Mongolia delegation and rector of the Ulaanbaatar community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After Mass, Fr. Paul Leung said, \u201cWhen I first took on the role of delegate nine years ago, my hair was black, but now it\u2019s completely white.\u201d He used this analogy to describe the many challenges he had faced over the years and congratulated Fr Timothy, who is taking up the new role, saying that when he finishes his term as delegate, his hair will also be white, so he should take lots of photos while it is still black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this, the Salesian family enjoyed a time of deep fellowship and unity through a lavish feast prepared in the Mongolian style. In particular, all Salesian confreres of the Mongolian delegation warmly welcomed Fr Timothy Choi Won-chul with one heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They all expressed that they found great comfort and strength in Fr Timothy&#8217;s Salesian way of life, who, after completing his term as provincial superior of the Korean province, immediately and without hesitation dedicated himself to the remote missionary territory in Mongolia, which is farthest from the center of the Church. They also expressed their boundless expectations for the unity and development of the delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the installation ceremony of the new delegate, the provincial superior&#8217;s first official visit to the Mongolian delegation, since the Mongolia Delegation was transferred to the Korean province in October 2024, which began on 19 June, came to an end. Over the course of a week, he visited Salesian communities in Darhan, Shov, and Ulaanbaatar, observing the community life, reviewing the actively ongoing youth ministry programs, and carefully examining the current status of Salesian family groups such as the Salesian Sisters and the Cooperators, striving to promote unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We pray that Fr Timothy Choi, who has begun his new ministry as the Mongolian Delegate, may be filled with God&#8217;s blessings and the assistance of the Mary Help of Christians.
