【慈幼通訊社─2009年4月28日斯洛文尼亞盧布爾雅那訊】在斯洛文尼亞「聖濟利祿和聖默多道」會省的慈幼會士，正為天主忠僕慈幼會士馬義誠神父（一九零四年生於斯洛文尼亞Maribor，一九二五年來中國，一九九九年終於盧布爾雅那）展開冊封真福品的第一步。馬義誠神父是一位英雄傳教士，當他於一九五二年被逐離中國，到達越南時，被視為「慈幼會聖祖」，直至一九七六年共產政權執政為止。
二零零八年十一月五日，宣聖部部長對一個新的引介列品案授予所需要的「許可」。因此，慈幼大家庭列品案代理人Enrico dal Covolo神父，與省會長Alojzi Slavko Snoj神父及副列品案代理人Tone Ciglar神父，於四月廿五日前往會見盧布爾雅那總教區Alojzi Uran總主教。
在會面過程中，討論了很多有關展開冊封真福品及封聖程序的技術性問題。正式開展封聖程序的日子，初部確定為九月最後一個主日，地點則很可能是在盧布爾雅那Rakovnik具有歷史性的瑪利亞進教之佑大殿裡。事實上，九月三十日是這位天主忠僕蒙主寵召十週年紀念的日子。
翌日，四月二十六日，於盧布爾雅那的墓地，列品案代理人向這位天主忠僕致敬。
在為期兩天的會面中，dal Covolo神父多次講及「慈幼大家庭的聖德」，尤其向來自會省青少年團體的領袖及瑪利亞進教之佑會。
踏入五月份，為慈幼大家庭及整個盧布爾雅那教區都是很貼心的日子，因為在Rakovnik的瑪利亞進教之佑大殿是他們的焦點所在。
First steps in the process of the beatification of Fr Andrea Majcen
(ANS – Ljubljana- Slovenia, 28 Apr 2009) – The Salesians in the “Saints Cyril and Methodius” Province of Slovenia are taking the first steps to lauch the process for the beatification of the Servant of God Fr Andrea Majcen SDB (Maribor-Slovenia, 1904 - Ljubljana, 1999). An heroic missionary, Fr Majcen is considered the “Salesian Patriarch” in Vietnam where he arrived in 1952, after being expelled from Cihina, until the communist regime took over in 1976.
On 5 November 2008 the Prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, Archbishop Angelo Amato, granted the required “nulla osta” for the introduction of a new Cause. For this reason on 25 April the Postulator General of the Salesian Family, Fr Enrico dal Covolo, went to see the Archbishop of Ljubljana, Alojzi Uran, accompanied by the Provincial Fr Alojzi Slavko Snoj, and the Vice Postulator, Fr Tone Ciglar.
In the course of the meeting a number of technical issues were discussed regarding the launching of the process of beatification and canonisation. A provisional date for the solemn session for the opening of the Canonical Process which will probably take place at Rakovnik (Ljubljana), in the historical Sanctuary of Mary Help of Christians was fixed for the last Sunday in September. In fact, on 30 September it will be ten years since the Servant of God went to heaven.
The following day, 26 April, the Postulator paid his respects at the tomb of the Servant of God in the Ljubljana cemetery.
In the course of the two days, on a number of occasions, Fr dal Covolo was able to speak about “Holiness in the Salesian Family”, especially to the leaders of Youth Groups from the Province and to the Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA).
The beginning of the month of May is an occasion very close to the heart of the Salesian Family and of the whole Diocese of Ljubljana, which has the Sanctuary of Mary Help of Christians at Rakovnik as a focal point.
