真福澤菲林•拿蒙古拉遺體返回祖家

【慈幼通訊社 ─ 2009年8月21日阿根廷布蘭卡港訊】 ─ 載著真福澤菲林•拿蒙古拉  (Blessed Ceferino Namuncurá)  遺體的靈柩，從默西德斯堡的瑪利亞進教之佑大殿，移送到内烏肯的聖依納爵馬普切人村落。澤菲林的族人長期以來，一直希望慈幼會把遺體「送回」家鄉，這次移送正滿全了他們這項要求。

澤菲林的遺體，自一九二四年運返阿根廷後，一直有賴慈幼會進行保養維護，在不阻礙真福品冊封程序，及尊重天主教會要求的前提下，並樂意滿足真福家人的要求。

澤菲林冊封為真福時，拿蒙古拉部落在宣福慶典上，扮演了積極主動的角色，滿全了教會要求的所有必要程序。

最後，內烏肯及布蘭卡港教區的主教，得到教廷冊封聖人部的許可，授權移送遺體。載著澤菲林遺體的靈柩，於二零零九年八月十三日進行轉移，出席者主要為澤菲林的近親，內烏肯教區 Melani 主教並委派代表伴隨。澤菲林的遺體現安置於聖依納爵堂的家庭小堂內，當地為馬普切拿蒙古拉人社區，距 Junín de los Andes 小鎮六十公里。澤菲林的一塊遺髑，以及原來安放他遺體的木製靈柩，將成為默西德斯堡內，一座以他名字紀念的新祭台的一部份。

布蘭卡港教區總主教代表暨當地慈幼會省會長 Vincent Tirabasso 神父評論說：「自從慈幼會士於巴塔哥尼亞展開工作後，傳教士與拿蒙古拉族人的社區，建立了堅固的友誼。我們都知道，這份友誼在真福澤菲林•拿蒙古拉內達至高峰。」

「我們知道是次移送遺體行動，對布蘭卡港地區很多熱心人士來說，似乎是一個損失，然而我們認為這是對家族權利的尊重（因繁複的程序而有所拖延），而且我們更能與馬普切人，建立更鞏固的友誼，因為澤菲林正是以傳教士的身份返回當地。」

 Ceferino Namuncurá’s remains return to home territory

(ANS – Argentina - Bahía Blanca, 21 August 2009 ) – The Casket bearing the remains of Blessed Ceferino Namuncurá, have been moved from the Mary Help of Christians Shrine in Fortín Mercedes to the Mapuche settlement of St Ignatius in Neuquén. This brings to a close a process begun some time ago with the request of Ceferino`s family. They had expressed their hope that the Salesian Congregation might `repatriate` the relics.
 
It would be good to recall that the Salesian Congregation has looked after Ceferinos`s remains since they came to Argentina in 1924, and the Congregation has been always ready to support the request, on condition that it would not be an obstacle to the Beatification process and that the Catholic Church`s requirements would be respected.

Ceferino was beatified and the Namuncurá community, which played an active role in the Beatification ceremony, fulfilled all the necessary steps to satisfy the requirements.

Finally, the Bishops of Neuquén and Bahía Blanca authorised the transfer of the remains, given the approval of the Sacred Congregation for Causes of Saints.

Accordingly the original Casket with Ceferino`s remains was transferred on 13 August 2009, by some of his closest relatives accompanied by a delegate apponted by Bishop Melani (Neuquén).

Ceferino`s remains can now be found at the “Ruca” (home-chapel) built at St Ignatius, where the Namuncurá Mapuce community lives (60 km. from Junín de los Andes).

In Fortín Mercedes a relic of Ceferino will be part of the new altar dedicated to him, along with the wooden Casket which originally held the remains.

Fr Vincent Tirabasso, Salesian provincial and delegate for the Archbishop of Bahía Blanca, commented: “Since the beginning of Salesian presence in Patagonia, the missionaries created a strong bond of friendship with the Namuncurá family community. We all know that this bond found its high point in Blessed Ceferino Namuncurá”.

We know that for many devout people in the area this transferral could seem to be a loss, but in our view we are respecting the family`s right (delayed because of the many procedures) and we are fostering even stronger bonds with the Mapuce people, the people whom Ceferino wished to return as a missionary.
