課種的三個目標: n 為管理人員或主任創造空間,讓他們在本身角色及機構管理所遇到的挑戰方面,互相交流學習 n 根據慈幼機構領導團隊的專業狀況,提供適切的培訓工具 n 改善有關策劃、溝通、團隊工作、領袖角色及解決衝突方面的管理技巧 在過去兩期課程中,共有160名學校領導人員完滿修業,並獲發畢業證書。他們包括管理階層人士,以及一些將要擔任,或已擔任管理工作,而尚未接受相關培育的教師。這些教師來自慈幼會、母佑會及在美洲的救主修女會十八個會省,這些會省管理超過六十五所慈幼會學校,遍佈中美洲、智利、哥倫比亞、厄瓜多爾、墨西哥、秘魯、烏拉圭及委內瑞拉。 這個課程包括七個單元:慈幼會學校的身份;管理角色及人力資源;計劃程序及方案;教育中心的組織及管理;教育工作的質素評核及管理;組織架構角度下的教育中心,而在最後一個單元中,需要提交有關方案處理的報告。 課程導師達四十九名,他們分別來自美洲及西班牙,而課程教學方式,則按導師及學生的需要而訂立。此外,課程中的學校管理人員,在舉辦活動及開設公開論壇方面,亦不斷獲得協助。 當課程中所有部份完成後,每位參與者都會獲得一張證書,證書由以下的機構簽發: n 智利Silva Henríquez天主教大學 n 厄瓜多爾慈幼理工大學 n 委內瑞拉Valley Momboy大學 n 天主教國際教育局 第三期課程將於2015年1月展開。 Conclusion of Second Online Formation Course for Directors of Salesian Schools in America (ANS - RMG –Roma, 02 December 2014) – In November, Fr Miguel Angel García of the Department for Youth Ministry completed the second online initial formation course for Directors of Salesian Schools in America. The course dealt with the basic elements of a formation plan for directors of Salesian centres, combining technical efficiency and economic feasibility with formation for the Salesian mission. There were three objectives:
In the two courses so far, 160 school leaders have completed the programme and received certificates of qualification. These include holders of management posts, teachers who will have management responsibilities in the future or have recently taken on such responsibilities and have not yet received the relevant formation. These teachers belong to the eighteen Provinces of the Salesians, the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and Daughters of the Divine Saviour in America and represaent over sixty-five Salesian schools in Central America, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. The course includes seven modules:: the identity of the Salesian school; management role and human resources; programming and projects; organization and management of educational centres; quality assessment and management of education; the educational centre as an organization; and finally a module that includes a report on project management. The course was provided by forty-nine tutors from America and Spain, and teaching was adapted according to the needs of tutors and students. During the course, in addition, the school directors received constant assistance in the implementation of activities and forums.
