「這是鮑思高神父神夢的實現。」慈幼青年牧民團團長葉泰浩神父稱︰「鮑思高營是中華會省一個新的進程和試點，嘗試集合香港、澳門和國內的青少年一起參加此領袖訓練營。這是一個意義重大的機會和中華會省青年牧民的里程碑。」
來自3個地區130位青年參與6日5夜的訓練營。是次訓練營旨在慶祝鮑思高神父誕生200周年，並以鮑思高神父神恩和領袖技巧培育青少年。所有青少年非常投入每一個遊戲、講座、分享、朝拜聖體、祈禱聚會和禮儀，並沒有因語言差異而有所影響。整個訓練營觀察到一個強烈的團體感、投入感和參與感。氣氛充滿著喜樂、歡笑、友愛和互相支持。
所有環節均特別設計和為青少年的情況和進度量身打造，為的是幫助他們跨越弱點，發揮他們的慈幼青年領袖潛能。從他們的分享中，證明了進度不錯，很多青年表現出明顯的個人成長。
一個非常感動的時刻是所有青年都主動去辨修和聖事，小堂四周址均出現人龍。當神父高舉他的手，赦免缺失和脆弱時，青年感到天主透過神父真實地接觸他們。很多青年都流下安慰、釋懷和喜樂的淚水。
在分享時，他們都表達對鮑思高神父有更深的了解，從而幫助他們成為社會上更好的青少年和鮑思高神父神恩的跟隨者。有的體驗到慈青之間更深厚的友情。其中一位慈青分享道，她在團體中找到一份可以依賴、家的感覺。因為見到組員變得更主動參與活動，一位組長認為6天的疲累是完全值得的。
Don Bosco Camp cum Leadership Training
'This is a Don Bosco's dream comes true moment. This is also an initiative and trial of China Province to get the youth from Hong Kong, Macau and China together for the DB200 camp cum leadership training. This is a very meaningful opportunity and milestone of Salesian youth work in China Province.', said by Fr. Martin Yip, delegate of Salesian Youth Ministry.
There were 130 youths joining this 6 days and 5 nights camp from 3 regions. This camp aimed to celebrate the Bicentenary of Don Bosco and nurture the youth with more Don Bosco's spirituality and leadership skills. All the youths enthusiastically joined the every games, talks, sharings, adorations, prayer meetings and vigils without hindered by language difference. A very strong sense of community, contribution, participation was observed throughout the camp. The atmosphere was full of joy, laughter, affection, and mutual support.
All the sections of the camp were specially planned and tailor-made for the situation and the progress of the youths in order to help them to overcome their weaknesses, elicit their potential to be Salesian youth leaders. A significant number of Salesian youths showed great progress in their personal growth. Their sharings had proved their progress and growth in this camp.
A very impressive moment was that all the youths actively went to confession. When the priest raised his hand to forgive their sins and weaknesses on behalf of God, the youths felt a true touch by God. Many of them burst into tears with consolation, relief and joy.
During their sharing, some of them expressed that their deeper knowledge of Don Bosco was able to help them to be a better youth for the world and to be the follower of Don Bosco’s spirituality. Some of them experienced stronger friendship among Salesian youths. One of the youths shared that she could find a sense of home in the team which she could rely on. A team leader also expressed that it was totally worthwhile to be so busy for 6 days when she saw great progress of her teammates who became more proactive in participating the activities.
